About Creotels

Creotels is an invite-only membership community connecting travel creators with carefully selected hospitality brands for meaningful collaboration opportunities.

Creotels acts as a curator and facilitator of introductions. We are not an employer, talent agency, travel agency, booking platform, or marketplace.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is available only to applicants approved by the Creotels team. We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our sole discretion.

Community Standards

Members agree to:

• Maintain professional communication.
• Respect fellow members.
• Honour collaboration commitments.
• Represent themselves truthfully.
• Comply with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All Creotels branding, logos, website content, guides, templates, educational resources, and digital materials remain the intellectual property of Creotels. They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Platform Changes

Creotels may update membership features, pricing, policies, community benefits, or services at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Creotels facilitates introductions between creators and hospitality partners. We are not responsible for:

• Cancelled stays
• Travel disruptions
• Payment disputes
• Content performance
• Commercial outcomes
• Damages arising from collaborations

Each collaboration remains the responsibility of the participating parties.

Membership Terms

What Your Membership Includes

Membership provides access to:

• Private Creotels Community
• Founder-led curation
• Creator–Hospitality matchmaking
• Educational resources
• Community announcements
• Curated collaboration opportunities

Membership does not guarantee collaborations, revenue, complimentary stays, paid campaigns, or commercial outcomes.

Membership Duration

Membership is valid for 30 days from the date of activation, unless it is a 3-Month Charter Membership, which remains valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of activation.

Membership Renewal

To continue enjoying your membership benefits, you will be invited to renew your membership before the end of each billing cycle. If your membership is not renewed, access to the Creotels community and member benefits will expire at the end of your active membership period.

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership renewal at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current membership period.

Non-Transferable Membership

Membership is personal to the approved member and may not be transferred, shared, assigned, or resold without prior written approval from Creotels.

Suspension or Termination

Creotels reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

• Misuse of the platform
• Fraudulent activity
• Harassment
• Repeated no-shows
• Failure to honour collaborations
• Behaviour that negatively impacts the community

No refunds will be issued for memberships terminated due to policy violations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable.

As membership benefits and community access become available immediately after activation, refunds cannot be provided once payment has been successfully processed.

Members may cancel future membership renewals at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments.

If a membership payment cannot be successfully processed, access to membership benefits may be suspended until payment has been completed.

Exceptions may be considered only where required by applicable law.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Information collected may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Social media profiles
• Portfolio information
• Property information
• Billing information
• Collaboration preferences

This information is used solely to:

• Manage memberships
• Facilitate collaborations
• Improve member experience
• Communicate important updates
• Provide customer support

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only when necessary to facilitate approved collaborations between creators and hospitality partners.

Members may request correction or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

Collaboration Policy

Creotels carefully facilitates introductions between creators and hospitality partners. Once a collaboration is confirmed, both parties are responsible for fulfilling all agreed deliverables, timelines, communication, and commercial terms.

While Creotels may recommend suitable matches, the final decision to proceed with any collaboration rests solely with the creator and hospitality partner. Creotels may assist with coordination where appropriate but is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, payments, content performance, commercial outcomes, or any losses arising from collaborations.

Travel & Collaboration Disclaimer

Creotels facilitates introductions between creators and hospitality partners. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any accommodation, transportation, travel services, or hospitality experiences. Participation in any collaboration is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the member’s own discretion and risk.

Creotels shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, accidents, or death.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or airline disruptions.
• Visa refusals, visa delays, passport issues, or immigration decisions.
• Transportation delays or local travel disruptions.
• Hotel cancellations, overbookings, property closures, or operational issues.
• Government restrictions, travel advisories, or border closures.
• Additional travel expenses incurred before, during, or after a collaboration.
• Any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising between creators and hospitality partners.

Members are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
• Booking and managing their own travel unless otherwise agreed directly with the hospitality partner.
• Purchasing appropriate travel and medical insurance.
• Complying with local laws and regulations.
• Assessing whether travel is safe and suitable for their individual circumstances.
• Conducting their own due diligence before accepting any collaboration.

Creotels strongly recommends that all members obtain comprehensive travel insurance before participating in any domestic or international collaboration.

Force Majeure

Neither Creotels nor its members shall be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfil obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, civil unrest, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct

All members are expected to uphold the values of professionalism, respect, honesty, and integrity within the Creotels community. Members must not:

• Misrepresent themselves, their audience, property, or work.
• Engage in abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Share confidential member or hospitality partner information without permission.
• Misuse Creotels branding, resources, or community materials.
• Attempt to bypass Creotels for active introductions facilitated through the platform.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Content, Media & Usage Rights

Creators retain ownership of the content they create.

For hosted stays, barter collaborations, or gifted experiences facilitated by Creotels, creators agree to deliver the content, raw files (where applicable), and other deliverables outlined in the collaboration brief in exchange for the hosted stay and experiences.

By participating in such collaborations, creators grant the participating hospitality partner a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the agreed deliverables for the hospitality partner’s website, social media, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of the creator’s intellectual property.

Creotels does not claim ownership of any content and acts solely as the facilitator of collaborations. Any disputes relating to copyright, licensing, content usage, intellectual property, or misuse of content shall be resolved directly between the creator and the participating hospitality partner. Creotels shall not be liable for any such disputes or claims.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from membership or the use of Creotels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

By activating your membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, Membership Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Collaboration Policy, Travel & Collaboration Disclaimer, Code of Conduct, Content, Media & Usage Rights, and Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
